Mind-blowing location! Just a short walk from the vibrant city center and nightlife. The hotel's interior design is super clean and impressive. The free robe for sleeping is a jaw-dropping surprise! Breakfast offers a fantastic variety of tasty Japanese and European dishes. The laundry service, available 24/7 with a coin change machine and detergent, is incredibly convenient. The complimentary luggage storage on both arrival and departure days is a bonus. No surprises, everything as advertised.

Perfect convenient location, far away from several stations. Also - close to the Higashi-shinjuku subway station, Shinjuku and the season and all the major sites in West and central Tokyo.

I recently stayed at Toyoko Inn in Shinjuku for my Tokyo trip. The hotel's breakfast was varied and delicious, with daily changing options. The friendly front desk agent went above and beyond by helping me with my online bus reservation. Our room was always clean when we returned, thanks to the scheduled housekeeping. The hotel's proximity to train stations made traveling around the city incredibly convenient. I'll definitely be returning to Toyoko Inn when I come back to Tokyo.

Good standard and convenient hotel located short walk to many convenience stores, the train station, Golden gai and restaurants. Really helpful and courteous employees with nice manners. Breakfast with sausage, buns. Best possible location relatively close to Omoide Yokocho nights Market. Also, by everything you may need. Fun stay, as always.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of Kabuki-cho. The breakfast, though Japanese style, was delicious and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The location was perfect, with shops and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and helped me navigate the subway system. The spacious room and convenient proximity to train stations made this hotel a great value. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Shinjuku.

Great prices and location.

After traveling +24 hours the hotel staff wouldn't consider allowing me to check in a mere 30 minute prior to the 4pm check in time. The room service was completed as I saw a pile of room keys placed on the desk by a maid, so it was a question of policy before reasonable customer comfort and accomodation.

The location. 7 minutes on foot from the jr Shinjuku Station. Very good place to start your exploration of Tokyo. A few stops away from Harajuku and Shibuya.

Hard to find on your first try.

came here for 1 day, the hotel was good standard, it had particularly good location so close to two major subway lines and all the major sites in west and public transport. thanks to a great service i had a fun stay.

Located in the heart of the city, it's easy to explore everything with two subway connections to Higashi-shinjuku station, only 5 minutes away. The accommodations are comfortable and clean with helpful staff, basic Japanese breakfast, and convenient room security.

Communication can be improved during check-in and cleaning staff could be more environmentally conscious by not discarding guests' personal items daily.

The room though small had all the facilities a business traveller on a budget might need. A desk and internet connection was available. The area is central but being at the edge of the red light district could make people uneasy, although Tokyo is a very safe city and I did not feel threatened at all at any time.
